About Me

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), my passion is supporting families in building a strong and lasting feeding foundation for their babies. I am committed to never stopping my own learning—staying current with the latest research and techniques—so I can provide the most effective, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Feeding is about so much more than nutrition—it’s about development. Breastfeeding skills, whether your baby latches directly at the breast or receives expressed milk, lay the foundation for your baby’s airway health, oral function, and long-term feeding competency. A newborn’s ability to feed effectively sets the stage for growth, comfort, and connection between parent and child.

I also focus on infant body tension, which can be mistaken for strength but often interferes with a baby’s ability to use their primitive reflexes—instinctive movements that support feeding, coordination, and self-regulation. When these reflexes aren’t fully integrated, babies may struggle with latch, tire easily during feeds, or develop compensatory patterns later in childhood.

By addressing these challenges early, babies not only get the nourishment they need but also strengthen the reflexes that build the foundation for long-term development. Proper integration supports the vestibular system, which then promotes healthy eye function and lays the groundwork for future cognitive growth.

My role is to walk alongside you—whether your goal is exclusive breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, or a combination—so that you and your baby feel supported, confident, and able to thrive.
